The old plum of Souillac

The Louis Roque Distillery was founded in 1905 in Souillac by Louis Roque , the third generation of burners.

His plum eaux-de-vie, aged in large oak barrels, quickly became a resounding success. Today, his grandson runs the family business and jealously guards the secret of blending Distillerie Roque's flagship product, Vieille Prune.


Even today, each bottle is filled, capped, waxed and labeled by hand .
