Delicious risotto flavored with summer truffle (tuber aestivum, vittad.)
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 98%, cultivated mushrooms (agracus bisporus), dried summer truffle (tuber aestivum, vittad.) 0.3%, flavoring.
Storage: Before opening, store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening and consume promptly.
Preparation advice: Pour 700 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add the sachet with a piece of stock cube or salt (but stock is better) and stir from time to time for about fifteen minutes. At the end of cooking, add a knob of butter and a tablespoon of parmesan.
