The selection of the Dommoise

The Dommoise selection is a composition bringing together different culinary products representative of our region.
It includes:

• 1 Périgourdin Pasta 30% duck foie gras, 130g;

• 1 Duck Confit 2 Legs of 760g;

• 1 Duck Neck stuffed with 25% duck foie gras of 400g;

• 1 125g bag of Périgord Pralinoises (Roasted and caramelized walnut kernels);

• 1 bottle of walnut oil 25 cl.
