


Old-fashioned sour cherries
Our delicious old-fashioned Griottes are made from a selection of the finest cherries.
After sorting , hulling and pitting them , we leave our young cherries to macerate in a mixture of 40% neutral fruit alcohol and sugar syrup.
After aging for more than a month in barrels , we begin the candied phase which will make them crisp and crunchy by soaking them in a sugar syrup brought to a boil.
All that remains is for us to package them in jars for your greatest pleasure by immersing them in a 16° liquid composed of the maceration juice of our cherries and 15% distilled water.
You can use our old-fashioned Griottes in your desserts , as a topping on a scoop of ice cream, as a decoration for your cocktails or simply to round off your meal with a coffee.
