Quercy Périgord hazelnut cake
Preparation for Périgord walnut and chocolate cake for 6 to 8 people.
Ingredients :
Sugar, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, chocolate cocoa 55% minimum.
Preparation:
Pour the contents into a container, add 2 eggs and 1 natural yogurt .
Mix until you obtain a smooth and fluid mixture.
Preheat your oven to 180°C .
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered mold.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes .
Check the cooking with a knife blade.
Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
