DTR Honey & Balsamic Mustard

Honey & Balsamic Mustard is a natural, mild, and fragrant mustard. Its recipe is healthy and transparent: it contains no sulfites or other additives. It is made with mustard seeds grown exclusively in France in partnership with farmers and stone-ground in our workshops.

The sweet mustard is enhanced by the sweet notes of flower honey and a hint of PGI balsamic vinegar from Modena, aged in wooden barrels using the traditional method.

Honey & Balsamic Mustard will give a trendy and tasty touch to your burgers. This surprising combination will enhance grilled meats or a vinaigrette, for example for a warm goat cheese salad,

Ingredients :
Water, mustard seeds, flower honey 10%, balsamic vinegar of Modena 10% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), spirit vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, malt extract.
