DTR ESPELETTE PEPPER Mustard

This characterful mustard is quite strong , very finely flavored , with a pleasant spicy note. Allows the creation of fine vinaigrettes (for endive salads for example) and delicious mayonnaise for raw vegetables. Also delicious with pork or veal with mustard , grilled or pan-fried , and for a mustard sauce with crème fraîche .

Keep refrigerated after opening.

Mustard seeds, water, vinegar, Espelette pepper compote 11% (Espelette pepper, vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, water, salt, rice starch), sweet piquillo pepper puree, salt, sugar, preservative.
