





Block of Duck Foie Gras IGP Périgord
(For 3 people)
Reconstituted PGI* Périgord duck foie gras 98%, salt, pepper.

How to taste it?
- The day before , place your box of foie gras block in the refrigerator .
- 15 minutes before serving, take it out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature to release all its flavors.
- Open the box from both sides , keeping the cut-out base in place. Simply push the base and the block to unmold it.
- To obtain a perfect slice, use a foie gras cutter or a knife with a smooth blade.
Remember to dip the blade in very hot water between each slice.
- Place your slice of duck foie gras block on hot toast and place on a bed of salad.

Note: Your block of duck foie gras will be enjoyed with a good Bergerac Moelleux wine or a Monbazillac .
