4 Confit duck sausages 68% (duck meat, pork, salt, pepper), duck fat. Meat from France.

Made in a workshop using: eggs, wines (sulfites), milk, sesame seeds and mustard.

Taste our delicious duck sausages preserved in duck fat!
It is the perfect ingredient to make or complete your cassoulets, lentil sausages, rougails, etc.

Already cooked, simply drain them and reheat them lightly in a pan or in the oven.
You can also lightly fry them on the griddle for your appetizers.

Keep the duck fat and you can make delicious Sarladaise potatoes.
