AXOA of DUCK
We were inspired by the delicious recipe from the neighboring Basque country .
Initially made from veal, we revisited it with Périgourdine sauce.
Our duck AXOA is a dish combining both the finesse of duck and the pep of red and green peppers.
It is eaten with rice or steamed potatoes.
Preparation suggestion: Reheat gently in a saucepan

Lean skinless duck meat 40%, white poultry stock (water, salt, dextrose, starch, flavoring, maltodextrin, modified starch, poultry fat and meat, flavoring, anti-caking agent, magnesium carbonate, egg), onion, red and green pepper, duck fat, garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper.
Viande de canard maigre sans peau 40%, fond blanc de volaille (eau, sel, dextrose, fécule, arôme, maltodextrine, amidon modifié, grasse et viande de volaille, aromate, antiagglomérant, carbonate de magnésium, oeuf), oignon, poivron rouge et vert, graisse de canard, ail, concentré de tomate, sel, poivre et Piment du Périgord 0,3%.
