Inspired by its expertise in traditional aperitifs, the SALERS distillery used barrels that had contained walnut husks to age its gin.

Its cellar master left it to rest for several months to give it atypical, vegetal and woody notes, with great balance. Its coppery color is a testament to the months of maturation of this exceptional product.
